Getting married?
Congratulations! One of the first choices that many couples make is who will be doing their photography. So here’s a some info on how I do things.
To me, weddings are fun and exciting, and that is my goal for you as well! Photography should be fun and low stress. I am proud of the fact that my clients are happy to have me around, and easy to work with! You have 100% of my energy and attention into making your wedding photography not only beautiful, but a fun experience!
I am a member of the Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA). The WPJA is a organization representing professional photographers skilled in the documentation of weddings and events in a candid, unobtrusive style. In order to join the WPJA, photographers must apply and be judged according to their technical, creative and visual aptitude. WPJA members are held to strict membership standards regarding image quality and content, technical and creative technique, website and marketing professionalism, business ethics and communication.
As a WPJA member, I am committed to providing honest, original, and creative documentation of your wedding day story as it unfolds. Using the above link, you can view my availability on the WPJA website by clicking "Calendar".

How much time do I need?
I recommend that for most weddings, you book at least 7 hours of coverage. My most popular package includes unlimited coverage – this will provide you with a photographer from the salon to the reception. Contact me to determine what package will work best for your wedding!
What do I get?
We are living in a digital world, and I am a digital girl! Each of my packages includes the following:
Sugestions in choosing a Wedding Photographer
1. Look for a photographer whose style you mesh with. The two major styles are currently Traditional and Photojournalistic. Traditional style uses more posed shots. Photojournalist style is about capturing spontaneous emotion and expression to tell the story as it happens. I consider myself a wedding photojournalist, but I always plan time to take some beautifully composed portraits of both the bride and groom and the wedding party.
2. Look for a photographer that evokes an emotional response from you with their images. If you feel something looking at other people’s photos – think about how you will feel when you see your own.
3. Ask to see a whole wedding. All photographers can pick several great photos from each wedding to make an awesome portfolio. You can see my faves in the “Wedding Gallery”. But you also want to see a photographer’s work throughout an entire wedding, so you can get a great idea of what you will be receiving. Click on “Clients” to see tons of weddings I have shot.
4. Look for a photographer that you click with personality wise. You will be with your photographer all day. If you feel uncomfortable with your photographer, or worse yet – can’t stand them – your pictures will suffer. Choose someone you can have fun with and enjoy working with throughout your special day.
